Casual attire with closed-toe shoes is recommended. The flooring in the barn is sand. There will be portable heaters if needed, but a jacket is suggested.
A welcome reception with complimentary beverages will begin at 5:00 p.m.
We encourage you to arrive early and enjoy this time of fellowship.
The dinner program will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Complimentary valet parking will be available.
The dinner program will run from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Dinner will include a family style BBQ including
- Finely chopped Kale mixed with sunflower seeds, craisins and parmesan cheese tossed in homemade Champagne vinaigrette
- Hickory House assorted BBQ meats
- Hickory House Baked Beans and Coleslaw
- Cornbread Muffins with Butter
Vegetarian option at the time of registration: Vegan black bean patty on gluten free bun w/salad (no cheese or nuts)
